Meet Tiffany.

I spent over 25 years leading large-scale organizations — as Head of Digital Technology in Financials Services and Healthcare, I led teams of 500+, managed $65M+ portfolios, and drove digital transformation across complex environments.

What I learned along the way is this: results don't come from strategy alone. They come from how leaders think, operate, and show up. That realization is what brought me to coaching.

Today I partner with leaders navigating inflection points — stepping into bigger roles, managing increased complexity, or figuring out what's next. My approach is direct, practical, and grounded in real experience. Not frameworks. Not theory. Just honest, focused work on what's actually getting in the way.

Beyond the Work

Outside of coaching, I'm committed to the communities I'm part of. I'm the Co-Founder and Vice-Chair of Bright Eyed, Inc., a nonprofit working to alleviate food insecurity among students in Massachusetts, and I've served on the Board of Directors for Digital Federal Credit Union, advising on digital banking strategy, risk management and merger opportunities.

For five years I led a youth football and cheer program, one of the best leadership laboratories I've ever been in. Developing young people and rallying a community around something bigger than themselves taught me as much about leadership as anything I did in the corporate world.

Outside of all of that, I'm a mom of two, married to my husband for 25 years, and someone who loves baking for family and friends and plotting our next family getaway.

If what got you here isn’t enough to get you where you want to go next, we should talk.
